We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee 3rd‑shift operations in our climate‑controlled facility, where we manufacture high‑quality valves. This role requires strong leadership experience in a warehouse environment and the ability to guide a production team toward meeting daily goals.

Schedule & Compensation
- Shift: 3rd Shift
- Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Pay: $28.75/hr
- Overtime: Excellent overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the production team during 3rd‑shift operations
- Oversee daily warehouse workflows to ensure efficiency and safety
- Perform and supervise parts inspections to maintain quality standards
- Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
Essential Skills
- Proven manager or lead experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and direct a team
- Familiarity with production processes and quality control
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and perform detailed parts inspections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

This is a Contract position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
