About Us

Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) is looking for a highly motivated Licensed Sales Agent to join our dynamic Retention team. We are a rapidly growing technology focused Insurance sales company whose employees maintain a competitive nature and a desire to succeed above all.

Our philosophy is to provide a quality service to our clients, offering an easy and seamless experience from start to finish. We compassionately strive to take all of our client’s needs into consideration, which helps lead us to having a well-rounded understanding of who they are and what they want, so we can offer them the highest level of quality healthcare products out there.

At HIA, we recognize that our most valuable asset is our people. We prioritize creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered.

Our agents are provided with the highest quality self-generated leads in the industry by way of an innovative in-house marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. We know firsthand how much of a difference the quality of leads makes in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.

We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend, on average, over $10,000 per week per agent on leads and marketing. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data, producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere, that is guaranteed!

As a Licensed Sales Agent you will play a crucial role in supporting and advocating for existing clients to ensure they are properly enrolled in the best insurance plans for their particular needs. This position is for someone looking for stability in a sales position, without the pressure of working on commission only. You will thrive in this opportunity by offering tailored solutions or incentives to help keep clients happy and help advocate for their best health insurance needs. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
