Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will manage high-volume invoice processing and accounts payable operations using QB, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have advanced QuickBooks proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline processes and maintain financial precision. you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets. Someone who is young and want to start their career!


Responsibilities• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely manner.• Prepare and issue payments (checks, ACH, wires) to vendors.• Generate and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding balances.• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing or payment issues.• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred.• 1–2 years of AR/AP or general accounting experience required.• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar).• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
