Our Coordinators work to assist our clients and greeters within our Passenger Service Program. Strong applicants will have prior experience with airlines or travel agencies, superior problem-solving capabilities and be detail-oriented. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all e/mail and telephone bookings during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure Greeters are assigned to all events.
  • Follow up prior to events with each Greeter.
  • Ensure Greeters provide full report after completion of each event.
  • Accurately record all events in the booking system so all information is ready for billing purposes.
  • Make decisions to assist the Greeters in the field during unusual circumstances.
  • Assist the Manager with administrative details as necessary.
  • Support the Manager in the quest to serve the customer and attract new business.
  • Support the Manager with data entry when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED - advanced degree preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must possess some intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post offer drug screens.
  • Be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional and courteous.
  • Warm and willing to assist.
  • Flexibility.
  • Possessing superior problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to respond well to difficult situations.
  • Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelines.
  • Must display a diplomatic demeanor.

  • Able to work as part of a remote team.
  • Must be flexible to work variable shifts.
  • Must be able to juggle calls and assignments.
  • Must be detail-oriented and follow through on assignments to completion.
  • Prior airline, travel agency or airport experience desirable but not necessary.
