North Palm Beach brokerage firm is seeking an Entry-LevelClient Service Representative (Financial Processing Specialist) to add to their dynamic team.
This is an entry-level position and the successful candidate should possess strong data entry and organizational skills. Salary $40k plus health benefits paid at 100% for family.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Entry-Level Financial Processor:
· Assist with opening new accounts
· Review and process client maintenance
· Data Entry
· Communicate & and support our Financial Advisors across the country.
Requirements:
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Data Entry will be tested
· Strong organizational and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to learn and adapt to change.
· Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment.
