Location: Oviedo, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to gain experience in a legal-adjacent environment? We are currently hiring a Claims Agent to support a reputable firm in Oviedo, FL that manages settlement agreements for class action lawsuits.
As a Claims Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of case-related data and supporting administrative processes related to legal settlements. This is an onsite contract position offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Responsibilities:
Process class member claims, opt-ins, and opt-outs accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with case-specific requirements and deadlines
Review and verify documentation submitted by claimants
Maintain organized records and update internal databases
Provide support with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative or clerical experience; legal or claims processing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
