IMMEDIATELY HIRING A MOTIVATED FULL TIME ADMININTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO WORK IN OUR SARASOTA OFFICE
MUST INCLUDE AN UP TO DATE RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
40 Hours a week (Monday-Friday) $18-23 hourly based on experience
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily office and administrative tasks
- Assist with invoicing
- Answering phones and managing correspondence: Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Drafting correspondence: Writing and sending emails, letters, and other communications.
- Supporting staff: Providing assistance to other employees with various tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year experience in insurance adjusting or other related field helpful but not required.
- Strong office administrative skills
- Proficient Computer and Microsoft Word/Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
