We’re currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, fuel company growth, and ensure a consistent, high-performing sales culture.

Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, coaching and developing sales professionals, tracking performance, and driving revenue across all service lines. This position is ideal for a goal-oriented leader with strong pest control industry knowledge and a proven ability to motivate teams, exceed targets, and create scalable sales systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support the sales team across pest control, lawn care, termite, and insulation services
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and performance plans to hit monthly and annual goals
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., closing rates, revenue, conversion ratios) and provide regular coaching
  • Conduct field ride-alongs and sales audits to ensure professional, ethical, and effective practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and service departments to align on lead generation, customer targeting, and upselling opportunities
  • Assist with proposal generation, pricing strategies, and contract management
  • Resolve complex customer concerns or objections related to sales transactions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking software
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture that supports the company’s values and growth objectives

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the pest control or home services industry (management experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of general pest, lawn, termite, and insulation services a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
