Now Hiring: System Director, Revenue Integrity
Full-Time | Executive Leadership
Aligned Solution is seeking a System Director, Revenue Integrity for a well respected company. A large, mission-driven, multi-campus care delivery organization is seeking a strategic and results-oriented System Director of Revenue Integrity to lead enterprise-wide financial integrity and revenue optimization initiatives.
This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to influence system-wide financial performance, strengthen compliance infrastructure, and drive operational excellence across all service lines.
The Opportunity
Revenue integrity is essential to financial sustainability and organizational performance. In this role, you will:

Lead strategies that protect and optimize net revenue

Improve charge capture accuracy and reimbursement outcomes

Reduce denials and strengthen revenue cycle performance

Align finance, operations, compliance, IT, and service line leadership

Develop and mentor a high-performing revenue integrity team
You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and play a pivotal role in ensuring financial strength while promoting transparency and accountability.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Enterprise Strategy & Performance

Develop and execute system-wide revenue integrity initiatives across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, professional, and ancillary services

Partner with senior finance leadership to achieve targets related to accounts receivable, collections, and denial prevention

Identify regulatory and reimbursement risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Operational Oversight

Oversee the full revenue integrity lifecycle, including charge master management, coding accuracy, modifier usage, and pre-bill validation

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and commercial payer requirements

Leverage financial and operational analytics to drive measurable improvement
Pricing & Contract Alignment

Direct system-wide charge capture enhancement efforts

Interpret payer contracts to ensure reimbursement accuracy and compliance

Align pricing strategies with financial and regulatory objectives
Leadership & Organizational Impact

Recruit, develop, and mentor revenue integrity leaders and teams

Establish accountability frameworks and quality standards

Foster collaboration across finance, patient access, compliance, legal, IT, and operational leadership
Qualifications

8+ years of progressive leadership experience within a large, complex, multi-site care delivery system

Deep expertise in reimbursement methodologies, compliance requirements, charge capture, and contract management

Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate analytics into strategic action

Experience with integrated revenue cycle platforms (Epic or comparable systems preferred)

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Professional coding certification (CPC, CCS, CPMA, etc.) preferred
Compensation
Competitive executive-level compensation commensurate with experience.
Hourly range: $69.86 – $94.32.
