Responsibilities
Policy Management: Accurately input and update policy information in the agency's system.
Documentation Support: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing insurance documents and correspondence.
Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
Data Verification: Ensure all client data is correct and up-to-date for processing and audit purposes.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and other tasks to support the team.
Requirements
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Attention to Detail: Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance-related software systems.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being motivated to complete individual tasks.
