Job Summary

As Manager, Vendor Management at BMG Money, you'll support and manage all vendor partnerships. This includes the full lifecycle from procurement, diligence, and onboarding (including critical vendors for bank partner requirements) to ongoing performance monitoring, risk reviews, cost optimization, and renewals. You'll drive company-wide adoption of vendor management policies, expand the process to encompass both critical and non-critical vendors, and play a crucial role in integrating and/or migrating existing processes to the ServiceNow TPRM system and finance platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendors and relationship managers
  • Onboard critical and non-critical vendors
  • Review due diligence documentation and identify risk components subject to scrutiny for change control, SOC testing and controls, Pen testing PCI-DSS compliance
  • Conduct onboarding risk assessment
  • Report critical vendors to WebBank for review and approval
  • Conduct Annual Vendor Risk Assessments
  • Identify and maintain KPIs
  • Maintain monthly vendor performance monitoring and reporting
  • Refer performance and annual risk assessments to relationship manager
  • Report Vendor Terminations to end users
  • Maintain required vendor reports and report annually
  • Implement and maintain TPRM in ServiceNow system
  • Ensure that vendor costs/invoicing are accurate relative to contractual terms in the executed legal agreement (MSA)
  • Identify, implement, and maintain vendor master data
  • Implement cost optimization and renewal management process of all existing/active vendor relationships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' progressive experience in vendor management, covering procurement, onboarding, performance, risk, and renewals, with specific expertise in critical vendor management for bank partner compliance.
  • 3+ years dedicated to vendor due diligence and risk assessment, including identifying and scrutinizing risk components (SOC, Pen testing, PCI-DSS).
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain TPRM systems; experience with ServiceNow TPRM is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost optimization and verifying contract compliance (MSAs).
  • Experience in driving company-wide policy adherence and expanding vendor management processes to include all vendor types.
