The Life Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective clients, conducting effective needs-based consultations, and delivering tailored life insurance solutions. The producer plays a vital role in helping individuals, families, and businesses protect their financial futures through education, personalized planning, and ongoing client support.

Responsibilities

We welcome you with open arms at 9am M-F in our state-of-the-art office.

  • You are responsible for building and managing a pipeline of qualified prospects through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • You will conduct outreach to both warm and cold leads using approved scripts and talk paths to create opportunities.
  • You are to meet with potential clients to conduct fact-finding discussions and life insurance needs assessments.
  • You will identify client goals and potential financial risks to provide tailored life insurance recommendations.
  • You must maintain accurate and compliant records of every client interaction, application, and disclosure.
  • You are required to follow all state and company regulations regarding licensing, disclosures, and continuing education.



Requirements

  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Life insurance license is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual (English- Spanish)
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
