Hiring: Director of Supply Chain

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Employment Type: Full-time/ Exempt
Hours: 8:00am –5:00 pm, Mon - Fri
Pay Range: $160k-180k compensation, will be based on qualifications

Summary
At Artistic Pavers, we are proud creators of premium concrete pavers that combine beauty, durability, and innovative design. We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including supplier relations, materials management, warehousing, and logistics. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will drive operational excellence, ensure accountability, and foster a culture of safety and teamwork. The Director will be responsible for meeting and exceeding company objectives related to efficiency, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Develop and implement supply chain, materials, and logistics strategies to optimize cost and performance.
- Drive material functional excellence throughout the company, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs and waste.
- Build and manage a highly capable supplier base with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Oversee warehousing, material flow, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning System to align production schedules with demand.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
- Partner with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Stay current with supply chain innovations and implement best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Directly supervise warehouse and supply chain personnel, including staffing and scheduling.
- Manage supply chain budgets, cost controls, and capital expenditures.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s degree (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
- Proven track record of improving supplier, inventory, and logistics performance through KPI-driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and materials management.
- ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Requirements:
- Regular walking/standing in warehouse/manufacturing areas.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb ladders/stairs.
- Exposure to warehouse environments with dust, noise, forklifts, and temperature variations, PPE required as needed.
