Were seeking a personable and detail-oriented Experience Coordination Associate to support clients with planning and organizing memorable getaways. In this role, you'll assist with research, itinerary development, and coordinating accommodations, transportation, and activities—all within a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand preferences and budgets

  • Research locations, flights, lodging, and activities

  • Coordinate and confirm bookings and packaged experiences

  • Provide itineraries, documentation, and timely updates

  • Help with schedule changes or adjustments as needed

  • Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after each trip

  • Stay informed on policies, requirements, and destination updates

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Experience in hospitality or customer support is a plus, not required

  • Basic computer proficiency (training provided)
