The Lux Grill located in the beautiful Valencia Sound community has an immediate opening for several experienced Servers to join our team. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment, will be detailed-oriented and have a true passion for guest service. Servers Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable of all menu items
- Deliver personalize service and excellence in guest interactions
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Ensure orders are handled timely and accurately
- Communicate effectively with guest and team members
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system efficiently
- Practices proper cash handling procedures
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency.
Requirements:
Servers Skills and Experience:
- Two years’ experience working as a server in a high-volume restaurant; Additional Server experience is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with team members and outside contacts.
- Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
