The role involves handling a high volume of transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Process weekly check runs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a large volume of invoice processing on a daily basis.
• Handle 1099 preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for financial tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee vendor management, including communication and relationship building.
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
• Generate monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong spreadsheet management skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with scanning and digital document management.
• Experience in accounts payable procedures, including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes and general ledger updates.
