We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our organization in Jupiter, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a competitive salary based on experience ($55,000–$65,000).Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP), including coding, vendor management, and payment processing
- Collaborate closely with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Understand and support system processes related to AP functions
- Assist with general accounting duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience with Accounts Payable and full-cycle accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems; experience with QuickBooks and Sage highly preferred
- Familiarity with vendor management and invoice coding
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
