Dishwashers at FastTrax play a vital role in keeping the kitchen and service areas clean, safe, and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes position is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and working efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools
- Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Handle trash and recycling removal in kitchen and dish areas
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces)
- Monitor dish machine operation and alert management to issues
- Restock clean items in appropriate areas for kitchen and front-of-house use
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols consistently
Qualifications:
- Reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No previous experience required—on-site training provided
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
