We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator! You will be responsible for the accounts payable processing for 10-12 medium sized companies, and helping to build new more efficient workflows. Blacklane Financial is a small but quickly growing firm, offering AP, AR, Fractional CFO, Payroll, HR, and Bookkeeping services to a nice group of video production & creative agency clients. Currently the greatest need is someone to take charge of AP and implement new technologies (Bill.com) across all clients to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Process all accounts payable on a weekly basis
- Field client and vendor inquiries regarding payment status
- Onboard all new vendors
- Process EOY 1099s + field inquiries
- Implement Bill.com across all clients + assist with optimizing AP workflows
Qualifications:
- Bill.com experience
- Quickbooks Online experience
- Familiar with Google sheets
- Comfortable diving in with new softwares
- Problem solving skills are a must
- Excellent attention to detail
In person training to start is required, then position will go either fully or partially remote. Once trained in, this position offers very flexible hours. This could be a more part time role (20 hours/week) if needed, after onboarding is complete.
