Location: Boca Raton, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $90,000-$100,000/ year dependent upon experience plus quarterly bonus potential

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth for our private duty home health and outpatient therapy services. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, building strong referral relationships, supporting census growth, and aligning marketing efforts with operational goals. The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for private duty home care and outpatient therapy services
  • Drive patient and referral growth through physician, hospital, discharge planner, case manager, and community partnerships
  • Lead referral-source relationship management, including in-person outreach, presentations, and events
  • Oversee branding, messaging, and positioning across all platforms
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, email campaigns, social media, and online reputation management
  • Collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, and intake teams to align marketing initiatives with capacity and service offerings
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, lead sources, conversion rates, census growth)
  • Create and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Recruit, train, and lead marketing staff or external partners as applicable
  • Ensure marketing compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards

AI & Marketing Technology

  • Implement and manage AI-driven tools for:
    • Content creation and optimization
    • Marketing automation and personalization
    • CRM optimization and lead scoring
    • Predictive analytics and campaign performance insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce CAC, and improve ROI.
  • Ensure responsible, compliant, and ethical use of AI in healthcare marketing.

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Lead the company's social media strategy to expand relevance, trust, and community engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Oversee content strategies that humanize the brand-highlighting caregivers, clients, families, and community impact.
  • Utilize short-form video, storytelling, and platform-specific trends to drive organic growth and paid performance.
  • Monitor and protect brand reputation across digital channels.
  • Own and optimize marketing spend, CAC, LTV, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of healthcare marketing experience (home health, private duty, outpatient therapy, or related healthcare services strongly preferred)
  • Proven success in driving census growth and referral development
  • Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and community-based marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Leadership experience managing teams and/or vendors
