Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a thorough understanding of corporate accounting practices. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic guidance to support business decisions.

What You will do:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct general ledger accounting and ensure proper account reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize Quicken and other accounting software to manage financial data effectively.
- Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on accounting principles and practices.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and relevant tax regulations.
You are a great fit if you have:
- Strong proficiency in general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Experience with Quick Books desktop and online or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed financial statements accurately and efficiently.
- Strong mentoring skills with a passion for developing others in the field of accounting.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting practices and regulatory requirements is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
