Accounts Receivable Specialist - Luxury Windows & Doors
Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, collections, and financial coordination across our project portfolio. This role is critical to maintaining accurate revenue flow, supporting our field and sales teams, and upholding the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer invoices for product orders, installation services, and project milestones
- Track accounts receivable aging and follow up proactively on past-due accounts
- Process payments, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date financial records
- Coordinate with sales, project management, and accounting to ensure correct billing and documentation
- Manage lien releases, payment applications, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with month-end close, reporting, and financial audits
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing questions or balances
- Maintain accuracy across all AR entries, logs, and documents
- Identify process improvements to streamline AR operations
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and contract billing
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Professional communication with both internal teams and high-end clients
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 employee
- Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience
- $20 daily lunch credit
- Quarterly performance bonuses (minimum $1,000)
