Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various events that align with our company’s goals and objectives. This includes corporate meetings, conferences, promotional events, and other activities that enhance our brand’s visibility and connection with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various corporate and social events from conception to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand event requirements and objectives
- Research and negotiate with venues and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost control across all aspects of the planning process
- Coordinate logistics for events including registration, catering, audio/visual, and transportation
- Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are executed according to plan
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or related role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Knowledge of basic budgeting and financial management
