Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role includes user management, security, reporting, automation, and supporting business operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and improve processes. This position is critical in helping us streamline operations, enhance reporting, and support leadership-level decision-making through better use of our Salesforce environment.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and configure Salesforce, including managing users, security, data access, and permissions.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Support users with troubleshooting, training, and resolving access or functionality issues.
- Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, and regular clean-up activities.
- Monitor system performance, apply upgrades, and ensure security best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage Omni-Channel setup, including queues and routing configurations.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to support C-suite visibility into key metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and executive leadership to implement improvement requests and workflow automations.
- Maintain and update page layouts, custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data integrity.
- Support data imports, deduplication, and system hygiene tasks.
- Serve as the point of contact for user issues and system training needs.
- Assist with cross-departmental reporting and ensuring all teams are aligned with Salesforce best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce security, reports, workflows, and automation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to pass a Background Check.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and Omni-Channel setup.
- Knowledge of Field Service features (Mobile App, scheduling, optimizer).
- Exposure to Apex or Visualforce (a plus).
