Role Description for this Luxury Hotel Resort- Able to assist w/ 400 team members.

The Assistant Director of Human Resources will assist in creating and implementing HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include handling employee concerns, supporting recruitment, providing performance feedback, and working on strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong Human Resources (HR) skills

Hospitality Training Skills for a Luxury Hotel Resort

Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies

Proficiency in Employee Relations and Performance Management

Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
