At SLC Trade, were looking for a dynamic, analytical, and service-oriented professional to support our commercial team in the cell phone category. This role is essential for ensuring efficient inventory control, billing, sales tracking, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Managers throughout the full sales cycle.
- Manage billing, dispatch, and inventory transit processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports.
- Coordinate product shipments based on demand and planning.
- Monitor products at risk of obsolescence.
- Track accounts receivable and provide visibility to leadership.
Profile Requirements:
- Technical or university degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Miami regulations related to billing and imports.
