We are looking to hire an "Office Clerk" for our client that is in the HVAC industry. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will be assisting in performing clerical functions such as: scanning invoices and receipts into a digital file. Generate billing, download customer signatures approving invoices into a digital file. Additional duties requested by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Fully bilingual, Spanish and English
  • Excellent grammar
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Some accounting experience is desired, but not required
  • Outgoing personality
  • Punctual, good attendance
  • 2 years of experience working in an office environment

We do require an updated resume with stability in past employment. Starting pay is $18.00 - $19.00 an hour.
