Are you a high-performing sales leader who thrives on both building teams and closing deals? SIXT is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team leader for Area Sales Managers to take charge of a key region in the U.S. mobility market. In this dual-role position, you will lead a team of 5 Area Sales Managers across multiple territories while actively contributing as an individual contributor. Owning your personal pipeline, managing corporate leads, and acquiring new customers in your assigned area.
This is a pivotal role for someone who knows how to scale performance, drive B2B growth, and inspire others through action.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Lead and Coach a High-Impact Sales Team
- You manage, coach, and develop a team of 5 Area Sales Managers across different U.S. territories
- You set clear sales goals and KPIs, track performance, and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- You drive consistency in pipeline management, lead generation, and deal execution across all areas
- You create a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership within the sales team
- You support your team with joint sales calls, strategic deal support, and field coaching
- You collaborate with local branch managers to foster lead generation and brand visibility
- You partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on campaigns
Contribute Directly to Sales Performance (Individual Contributor Scope)
- You actively prospect, qualify, and close new corporate accounts in your assigned market
- You build a healthy pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- You develop and negotiate customer-specific mobility solutions that align with client needs
- You represent SIXT at industry events, trade fairs, and local networking opportunities
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success in acquiring and growing corporate clients while leading a remote or multi-territory sales team
- Education You have a bachelor's degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical Proficiency Hands-on experience managing a sales pipeline, conducting prospecting activities, and closing mid-size to large deals while utilizing Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM's
- Soft Skills Strong communication, leadership, coaching skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Availability Willingness to travel to support Area Sales Managers and attend client meetings/events
