Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to posting payments within Sage 100 accounting software.
- Perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and correspondence to support audit processes and regulatory compliance.
Skills
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage 100 or similar platforms; experience with food industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, accounts payable procedures, and revenue cycle management techniques.
- Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation and account analysis tasks.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts.
