Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales agents in a dynamic call center environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing sales performance, meeting KPIs, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Experience in outbound/inbound sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of the call center sales team to ensure efficient operations and achievement of sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing regular coaching and feedback.
Develop strategies to increase sales conversion rates and improve customer experience.
Manage schedules, and assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support campaigns, promotions, and system improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment.
Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a call center setting.
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in CRM and call center software.
Ability to work flexible hours.
