About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in FL Watersound. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in retail sales
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales plans
