Reports To: Manager, Superyacht Department
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (average 40 hours/week additional hours as needed)
Position Overview:
The Superyacht Account Manager plays a key role in supporting our superyacht
clients by managing accounts, coordinating projects, and providing expert navigation-
related assistance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to manage tasks from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing superyacht clients.
- Provide expert support for navigation-related products and services.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone inquiries.
- Learn and apply flag state navigation requirements (MCA, Cayman Islands, U.S. Marshall Islands, etc.).
- Develop a thorough understanding of bridge navigation products, including those not sold directly by Bluewater.
- Assist with departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and cross-team coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Excellent and friendly telephone manners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7+ and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience in project management or coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with marine navigation products or yachting industry (helpful but not required).
