Account Executive – Employer Brand Certification Sales
Remote | Uncapped Commission | Own Your Accounts
Most Loved Workplace® is hiring an Account Executive to sell our employer brand certification packages to HR, People Ops, and executive leaders.
This is not consulting and not open-ended selling.
You will represent a defined certification framework, guide prospects to the right package, and drive decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead structured sales conversations with HR and executive buyers
- Speak fluently about culture, engagement, and employer branding
- Use our certification eligibility + intel engine to enter every call informed
- Recommend and sell Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification packages
- Send pricing and follow-up promptly — always with a clear next step
- Use MEDDICC to qualify, advance, and close deals
- Own every new account you close for 12 months

What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience
- Comfort selling $15K–$50K+ packages
- Experience selling to HR, People Ops, or executives
- Strong discipline with pricing, follow-up, and next steps
- Familiarity with MEDDICC (preferred)
