About the Role

Most Loved Workplace® sells earned employer brand certification packages.

Companies must qualify through employee sentiment and eligibility criteria.

Once qualified, companies invest in certification to prove their culture meets the standard, demonstrate what they do differently, and show—through data and action—that they are genuinely loved at work.

Certification is grounded in Louis Carter’s 25+ years of research, the Love of Workplace Index™ methodology, his book In Great Company, and the applied research of Best Practice Institute.

Certified companies are featured on earned lists and receive featured placement based on their certification package across major publications where Most Loved Workplace® distributes its rankings.

This is not SaaS, not consulting, and not PR.

It is structured, high-ticket certification sales with a defined close.

We are hiring two full-cycle sales hunters to own outbound, qualification, eligibility presentation, and close — end to end.

If you don’t cold call, if you need warm leads only, or if you avoid closing conversations, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do (Non-Negotiable)

  • Prospect HR leaders, CHROs, Heads of People, and CEOs

  • Cold call, email, and LinkedIn daily

  • Book and run your own meetings

  • Qualify deals using MEDDICC

  • Determine company certification eligibility using our proprietary tools

  • Present the appropriate Most Loved Workplace® certification package

  • Close paid certification deals ($14K–$50K+)

  • Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue

  • Hit 8–10 closed certifications per month

This is a quota-carrying hunter role.

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not an SDR role

  • Not appointment setting only

  • Not marketing or “growth”

  • Not founder-led selling

  • Not “consultative wandering”

You run the deal. You close the deal.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a fit if you have:

  • 4+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience

  • Proven cold-calling success

  • Experience selling $15K–$50K packages or services

  • Strong executive presence with HR & C-suite

  • Experience running MEDDICC or similar qualification

  • Comfort driving urgency and yes/no decisions

  • No fear of objections, pricing, or rejection

HR tech, professional services, compliance, certification, or advisory sales experience is a strong plus.

Performance Expectations

  • Daily outbound activity (calls + email + LinkedIn)

  • Clean MEDDICC qualification

  • Consistent pipeline coverage

  • Minimum 8 certifications closed per month

  • Clear forecast and deal control

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive base salary

  • Uncapped commission per certification closed

  • Accelerators for over-quota performance

  • Opportunity to become Senior AE or Sales Lead as we scale
