Job DescriptionSmithco Services is a well-established HVAC & Refrigeration company seeking a Full time Dispatcher or Customer Service Representative to work Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No nights or weekends. Requirements for this Position:
- Dispatcher and phone experience for a Service company (preferably HVAC)
- Must be reliable with attendance, punctual, organized and professional
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently and as part of a team environment
- Customer Service skills such as a positive attitude, friendly tone of voice and ability to communicate clearly
- Geographic knowledge of Palm Beach, Broward, Martin counties is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge such a Word and Excel
Daily Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails and determine the type of service needed
- Make outgoing calls to our customers to schedule preventative maintenances. No cold calling!
- Schedule, assign and dispatch Service Technicians and assist as needed
- Maintain dispatch board and create work orders as needed
- Forecast workload for 2 - 3 weeks in advance
