Job Description: The PTL One Accounts Recievable Specialist position is a hands-on administrative function. The person will manage all aspects of our receivable accounts from setting up a new customer to invoicing. They will also maintain positive communication with customers, our sales force, and our accounting Dept. The position requires a person with excellent administrative skills including organization and attention to detail. Job Duties: Set up new customers Customer invoicing Process daily deposits Process customer credits Send out customer invoices and statements Communicate with customers via email, phone and EDI Process returns and credit memos Various bookkeeping functions Qualifications: 5 years of accounts receivable experience High level of organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Persistent personality Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel and Word Working knowledge of SAP Business One software Ability to work in a team environment Priority management skills Background check required Motivation and drive to work at peak performance'
