C-Level Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, serving as a strategic partner.
This role requires a sharp multitasker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprising environment.

Compensation:
$100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Manage the CEO’s complex business and personal schedule.
- Plan and support client meetings, QBRs, and leadership sessions.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and follow-up notes for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and proposals.
- Oversee the Front Desk and assist with office/facility needs.
- Support sales and marketing projects, including tradeshows, proposals, collateral, and events (e.g., YPO, client hospitality).
- Manage special projects such as branded premiums, holiday gifts, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite preferred).
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong follow-up skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Discreet, trustworthy, service-oriented, and adaptable.
- Positive, proactive, and detail-focused team player.
