Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their questions about insurance products, policies, billing, etc.
• Assisting clients with updating, renewing, or making changes to their insurance policies (e.g., changing coverage, adding or removing drivers, adjusting limits).
• Helping customers understand their bills, including premium payments, billing cycles, and payment due dates.
• Addressing customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs and eligibility.
