  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile travel-related financial transactions, including commissions, supplier invoices, group bookings, deposits, and agency/cruise line remittances.
  • Partner with internal departments (sales, operations, reservations, and fulfillment) to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and account reconciliations for management review.
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
  • Help implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support compliance and scalability.
  • Support accounting system enhancements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies, including travel-specific platforms and ERP integrations.
  • Provide backup support to the Accounting Manager and assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
