Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Regional and Property Management teams to plan strategy and develop and implement a marketing action plan to drive in potential resident traffic, increase occupancy and retain existing residents. The Marketing Director will also develop effective advertising and promotional campaigns to promote the corporate name and reputation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop branding and corporate identity initiatives
• Develop and implement marketing plans and programs
• Develop and manage marketing budget at both the corporate and property level
• Monitor costs and budgets
• Provide expert advice to develop innovative advertising, social media and events
• Negotiate with media partners and vendors to guarantee advantageous contracts
• Work with marketing team and onsite property teams to increase traffic of prospective residents and resident retention
• Supervise marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines.
• May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review

QUALIFICATIONS

• Multi-Family Residential Property Management Marketing or Real Estate Experience 8+ years
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business/Marketing/Communications (or similar)
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
• Experience in contract negotiation
• Social Media Marketing/Digital Media online expertise
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator
• Creative, innovative and analytical skills required
