Associate Brand Innovation Manager

Position Overview

The role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Associate Brand Innovation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing processes that enable successful product launches—from ideation to commercialization—ensuring that timelines, governance, and execution standards are met across all workstreams.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, innovation/commercialization within CPG [beverage preferred]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management of related field
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization
- Demonstrated expertise in Stage-Gate, new product development workflows and project management tools [Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com or equivalent]
- Strong understanding of commercialization processes including packaging, QA/Regulatory checkpoints, and production readiness.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization – concise, clear and action-oriented.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across teams simultaneously.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel/Googlsheets skills: ability to translate complex project information into simple, executive-level summaries.
Preferred Requirements
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience developing or managing Stage-Gate or PMO frameworks within a high-growth CPG environment
- Familiarity with beverage innovation processes [formulation, packaging, regulatory, supply chain].
Key Responsibilities
- This role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Brand Innovation and will provide the opportunity to work cross-functionally across multiple departments within a rapidly growing organization, managing innovation projects from concept through launch.
- Drive the Innovation Stage-Gate process, ensuring all deliverables, documentation, and approvals are completed at each phase.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project timelines, trackers, and dashboards to ensure all projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Partner closely with Operations, QA, Regulatory, Legal, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and progress across all innovation initiatives.
- Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings to maintain open communication, track actions and decisions, and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Lead liquid sampling coordination, including scheduling tastings, documenting feedback, and driving next-step actions.
- Oversee packaging and artwork workflows: manage version control, feedback loops, and ensure on-time delivery of final assets.
- Support commercial readiness by aligning launch timelines, deliverables, and milestones across internal and external partners.
- Partner with the Sr. Director, Global Brand Innovation to continuously refine tools, SOPs, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and process consistency.
- Prepare and present executive-ready project updates, summarizing key milestones, risks, and decisions.
- Manage administrative and budget support functions such as PO creation, invoice tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems or tools that improve innovation visibility, governance, and accountability.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
