Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations and Space Management:

- Supervise day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

- Oversee facilities management by ensuring office equipment, supplies inventory, and vendor coordination are seamless.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities vendors, maintenance, and emergency procedures.

- Develop and track operational budgets, including office supplies, events, and facility expenses, while ensuring adherence to financial goals
- Human Resources Leadership:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with proven experience in office management, recruitment, and HR leadership roles.
- 5+ years of related experience with proven track record
and career growth.
