Resource Depot is looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative leader to drive the heart of our donation and retail operations! In this role, you'll oversee donations and retail programs, build strong relationships with donors and shoppers, and turn donated materials into inspiring experiences that support our mission of keeping our community creative and our materials out of the waste stream.

What You'll Do:
-Lead donation operations and grow donor engagement.
-Oversee retail programs, merchandising, and visitor experience.
-Manage and mentor staff and volunteers in daily operations.
-Ensure smooth material intake, storage, and processing.
-Support events, fundraising, and community outreach.

Who You Are:
-Passionate about sustainability, creativity, and community impact.
-Experienced in retail, arts, or customer service leadership.
-Highly organized, strategic, and resourceful.
-Skilled at building relationships and communicating with diverse audiences.
-Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, CRM, social media, and digital tools.
-Holds a valid Florida driver's license.

Full-Time / Exempt | Salary: $45K-$55K (DOE) + health insurance reimbursement & PTO

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
