RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a hospitality group that brings together standout restaurant and nightlife concepts in the heart of Little Havana. They are currently seeking a Controller to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation, and benefits.
As Controller, you would be responsible for leading all financial operations and providing strategic financial oversight for a growing organization. This role drives financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring scalable systems and strong internal controls. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and executive reporting
- Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
- Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team
