Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business by quoting, presenting, and closing personal lines insurance policies. This role is 100% sales-focused and includes outbound calling, following up on warm leads, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. You will manage your own sales pipeline, consistently work toward monthly and annual production goals, and leverage proven sales systems and scripts to maximize conversion. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
