Our company is seeking three customer service representatives to join our team. We are looking for three people with customer service experience. Salary ranges from $18 to $30 per hour. Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing orders, and offering troubleshooting assistance related to fire alarm parts.
- Assist with product recommendations by understanding customer needs and helping them select the appropriate fire alarm components or accessories.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution of customer technical or product-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, providing clear and helpful information about fire alarm parts and service.
- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn about fire alarm systems and their components to better assist customers with product-related questions and issues.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Time- and detail-oriented.
