We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Pool Sales Representative with expertise in residential and commercial in-ground gunite pools. This role involves guiding clients through the pool design and sales process, conducting on-site consultations, preparing proposals, and working closely with construction and design teams to deliver custom luxury pools tailored to each customer’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell custom gunite in-ground pools and related services to residential and commercial clients

  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess property layout, client needs, and site feasibility

  • Collaborate with clients to develop custom pool designs including features such as spas, decking, lighting, automation, and water features

  • Prepare accurate quotes, design renderings, and project timelines

  • Present and explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and construction process

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Stay informed on industry trends, building codes, permitting, and materials

  • Track leads, sales activity, and customer communications using CRM tools

  • Attend industry events, builder meetings, or community expos to promote company offerings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in in-ground pools, outdoor living, or construction services (gunite experience strongly preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints or CAD renderings

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently

  • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and pool construction timelines

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software tools

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits


Compensation & Schedule:

  • Commission-based with potential for base salary + bonuses

  • Full-time, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Field-based with occasional office meetings and jobsite walkthroughs
