Growing restaurant group opening in Del Ray seeking GM, Exec Chef and Experienced Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversees daily business operations
· Develops and implements growth plans
· Trains low-level management and staff
· Improves revenue with new strategies and works with marketing to assist on their initiatives
· Evaluates performance and productivity
· Researches and identifies growth opportunities
· Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
· Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
· Prepare regular reports for upper management
· Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
· At least 5-8 years of proven experience in a General Manager or similar role
· Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
· Strong analytical ability
· Experience in planning and budgeting
Skills:
