We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team and lead a crew in performing high-quality landscaping and lawn maintenance services. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in lawn care practices with leadership experience. MUST HAVE LAWN CARE EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of 2-5 lawn care technicians daily.

Ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned jobs.

Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

Read and follow work orders and job site plans accurately.

Train new crew members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.

Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Communicate with clients professionally and address any on-site questions or concerns.

Report any equipment issues, property damage, or job changes to management.

Ensure crew follows all safety guidelines and uses PPE appropriately.

Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and job completion.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field (leadership experience preferred).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).

Ability to operate and troubleshoot lawn equipment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods.

Comfortable working in heat.
