A well-established company with over 10 years of successful operations in the male and female enhancement products industry is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Office Manager. This role is essential in ensuring efficient daily operations within the sales department, supporting sales representatives, and maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect. The Sales Office Manager will oversee office workflow, streamline administrative processes, manage customer inquiries, and provide accurate reporting to help drive continued growth in a competitive and fast-paced market. This position plays a key role in bridging communication between management, sales teams, and clients, ensuring the smooth execution of all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (phones, correspondence, supplies, records).
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
  • Canva/Hub Spot easy tasks (we will teach if no experience).
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route them to the right sales reps.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and follow up on pending issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Monitor staff performance and workflow within the sales office.
  • Coordinate team meetings, agendas, and documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor sales performance KPIs and highlight areas for improvement.
